Suzuki Grand Vitara
The new Suzuki Grand Vitara has been designed to perform rather better on-road, starting with the fundamentals. The ladder-frame chassis has gone, replaced by a monocoque structure. It looks very different, too, with a much sportier and more modern shape mixing cues from Suzuki's new swift and Toyota's very successful RAV4. The Grand Vitara's got bigger and 180mm longer than the old car but it doesn't look much larger. Bugger wings give a more aggressive stance and there are LED tail lights and a colour-coded cover for the spare wheel mounted, like on today's Vitara, on the rear door.

Range Rover 2010
Range Rover Sport 2010 builds on its predecessor's impeccable pedigree, and now comes with two new powerplants, a 375 horsepower LR-V8 5.0 liter, naturally aspirated engine, as well as a supercharged version that puts out a mammoth 510 horsepower! In India, you have the option of the 3.0 liter V6 diesel and the 5.0 liter supercharged petrol. And believe me, 510bhp in car such as this, or any car for that matter, is a lot!

GMC Terrain
Like the larger GMC Acadia, the GMC Terrain is a crossover vehicle which means that it has the look of a sport/utility vehicle yet it rides on a car platform. SUVs, which once dominated the market, are based on truck platforms, but offer a less comfortable ride and generally consume more gas. Thus, consumers are embracing crossovers as they want still want many of the attributes of an SUV without the fuel disadvantages.
